effective weight loss tips?

I have put on a few extra pounds due to the holiday season! I would like to lose about 15 pounds. Here is the problem, I work 10 hour days then come home and cook dinner for my man and clean etc. Basically I do everything around the house because he works 12 hour days. So i have very limited time for exercise and while I try to buy healthy foods, I often have to just grab something quick to microwave etc. How can i lose these extra pounds with out much money?

EAT BREAKFAST
with in the first 2 hour you wake up eat a fruit or a packet of oatmeal not only will you get energy for the day it will jump start your metabolism.
EAT MORE OFTEN 5-6 TIMES A DAY WELL BALANCED
this keeps it going your constantly burning small meals and snacks
WHEN YOUR A CLEANING AND COOKING TURN ON THE RADIO
i like to clean and cook with the radio on it gets me up and moving dance around enjoy the music it can be fun excersize
also if you go to a sporting good store and buy a sweat suit you can sweat wile you cook and clean
DON’T EAT LATE OR AT LEASE 3 HOUR BEFORE YOU GO TO BED
LOTS OF SEX YOU GOT A MAN USE HIM THAT GOOD OL WHOLESOME EXCERSIZE
TRY TO DRINK BEVERAGES THAT ARE ROOM TEMPERATURE
COLD BEVERAGES AREN’T SO GOOD FOR YOUR TUMMY
AND IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING COLD LIKE CEREAL IN THE MORNING DRINKING A CUP OF COFFEE RIGHT AFTER COULD CLEAN YOU OUT TRY CHEERIOS THEIR HIGH IN FIBER

cutting food and eating less will make you gain weight i have tried many diets they dont last long because when i get to where i want to they are hard to maintain. if you create better eating and excersize habits it will stay with you. i have been dieting for years and this is the only on where i dont deprive my self i have energy and i enjoy what i am doing.
also when you go out with your men go to places where you know you’ll have to be active to enjoy like go dancing or laser tagging or get a wii and have wii time
