Is there any way to tighten loose skin after massive weight loss?
I’ve been big pretty much my whole life, I’ve lifted weights as a kid and always stayed in very athletic shape for my size, recently though I’ve been working on losing the bulk and the bulk muscle and slimming down (thinking of the future). I’m doing everything the right way, good eating habits (no fad diets), running, weights, good overall system. My biggest worry will be lose skin, chest, stomach areas especially because the more I lose, the loser it looks. I would like to avoid surgery but was curious if there was another way to tighten it up, or like a rubber band, it’s past the point of being tightened? Thank you in advance
