The food industry has some explaining to do about milk and acne?

Acne! Doesn’t everybody just hate that word. Well, now you don’t have to. Listen, maybe it’s just me, but I stopped eating dairy a week ago and my skin is now clear. I have changed anything else in my diet. I just stopped with all the dairy. The big culprit was milk. I haven’t had a new pimple since I started this diet. Now, what I did do to replace my milk is get orange juice with added calcium. Calcium is very important in everyones diet.

Anyhow, why did my skin clear with the stoppage of my intake of dairy? I find that very interesting. I believe it’s because of some sort of hormonal thing that’s in milk. Now, I don’t know for sure, but that’s what I am wondering.

Does anyone know why, when I stopped eating-drinking dairy that my skin cleared? I’m ecstatic about my find, but still want the chemistry behind my solution.

Also, if what I found out is in fact true… do you think the dairy industry has a relationship with the acne industry? Hmm, something to think about.

Its true regular milk has things like hormones and antibiotics they give the cows, but I’ve never seen any acne connection with dairy. I eat more then enough dairy and my skin is fine. But then again I eat organic things.

You can still have dairy, just switch to organics, they dont use use hormones, pesticides, antibiotics and who knows what else.
