Why do I get diarrhea when I start a diet?
I just started it yeterday..
All I had to eat yesterday was a robeks shake for lunch, a plate of macoroni salad for dinner..
Today all I had so far was a slimfast shake and I blended frozen fruit in it.
Why do i have diarrhea?
I would think my body would be thanking me for not feeding it fast food and soda.
because ur not eating full meals and ur starting to eat a little bit of fruit. for a diet, u cant live off man made shakes. thats garbage and it’s impossible. eat what god intended us to eat!! why do u think we’re all so fat?! eat grilled foods, vegies, fruits and drinks lots and lots of water. dont waste ur money on tons of man-made “diet” stuff and stay away from all fattening stuff like chips, fast food, fried foods, candy, chocolate, diet drinks (makes u retain water because of so much sodium). diets are so extremely simple and easy to figure out, i dunno why ppl make them so complicated. you’re starving yourself on these shakes and 99% of people fail on them because their body is craving certain things that those shakes dont have!!
